Refund & Transfer Policy

Thank you for choosing to train with Soul Sanctuary. We are committed to providing high-quality education and carefully limit the number of places available on each module. As a result, all bookings are subject to the following policy.

Payment

Your place on a module is secured once full payment or first instalment of the agreed payment plan has been received.

Refunds

All payments made towards 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training modules are strictly non-refundable.

This includes circumstances such as, but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Changes in personal circumstances
• Work commitments
• Illness or injury
• Travel disruption
• Inability to attend for any reason

Once a booking has been made, your place has been reserved exclusively for you and we are unable to offer refunds.

Transfers

If you are unable to attend your booked module, your payment may be transferred to the next available delivery of the same module, subject to availability.

Transfer requests must be made in writing before the module begins.

Each booking may be transferred once only. Any subsequent inability to attend will result in the booking being forfeited.

Transfers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for alternative courses, workshops or services unless agreed in writing by Soul Sanctuary.

Cancellation by Soul Sanctuary

In the unlikely event that Soul Sanctuary needs to cancel or reschedule a module, participants will be offered either:

• A transfer to the new date; or
• A full refund of the module fee paid.

Soul Sanctuary is not responsible for any additional costs incurred, including travel, accommodation or loss of earnings.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen events can occur. While our refund policy remains in place, any discretionary exceptions are entirely at the discretion of Soul Sanctuary and do not create a precedent for future bookings.
