Whilst anatomy helps us understand the physical body, the subtle body offers a framework for understanding our energetic, emotional and psychological experience.
For thousands of years, yogic traditions have explored the unseen aspects of human experience through concepts such as the chakras, koshas, nadis, vayus and prana. This module provides an opportunity to explore these teachings in depth, examining both their traditional roots and their relevance within modern yoga practice.
