What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Soul Sanctuary Ltd has the right to regularly review and, where necessary, update our privacy information. If we plan to use personal data for a new purpose, we update our privacy information and communicate the changes to individuals before starting any new processing. We provide individuals with privacy information at the time we collect their personal data from them. If we obtain personal data from a source other than the individual it relates to, we provide them with privacy information: within a reasonable of period of obtaining the personal data and no later than one month; if we plan to communicate with the individual, at the latest, when the first communication takes place; or if we plan to disclose the data to someone else, at the latest, when the data is disclosed.

Purpose of processing
We will only collect personal information from you which you have voluntarily provided by completing any subscription, enrolment, enquiry, application form or MINDBODY class booking, to keep you updated with Soul Sanctuary Ltd. monthly newsletters, updates and events.
Category of personal data obtained
Personal information includes your name and email address. Please note, by booking into class you are using the MINDBODY booking platform. Please ensure you are happy with your MINDBODY account information and preferences. Please be aware that the following auto emails are considered operational, so will be sent regardless of whether a client has opted out of communication preferences:

- Gift Card Delivery Email

Transfers of personal data
Personal data will not be transferred to any third parties, countries or international organisations. In the event of Business Transfer, where Soul Sanctuary Ltd. Would be purchased by a third party, the new owner may have access to user data, however the same level of data protection policy would apply and the new owner will update clients with their own privacy policy.

Lawful basis for the processing
The lawful bases for processing are set out in Article 6 of the GDPR.

Data shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for purpose. If you have a 12 month period of inactivity; no access or initiation of links from classes, events, updates, newsletters etc. An email request to reconfirm agreement with contact being maintained will be sent.
