
Class Schedule
The yoga class schedule runs seven days a week, and we cover a variety of yoga styles, including an introduction to yoga for beginners or people returning to yoga, slow vinyasa, strong vinyasa, yang to yin, hatha ashtanga, yin, nidra, kundalini, breathwork, sound baths and mandala.
You can try our classes with a 30 day trial for £30 or drop in just for a class.

Private Class
